da marjack bet: ExWHUemployee has identified West Ham United’s three latest striker targets, during the West Ham Way Podcast 166.
What’s the story?
da jogodeouro: The first name mentioned was that of FC Metz frontman Habib Diallo, who the Hammers have “tentative” interest in, but it is suggested that the French outfit may be asking too much for the 24-year-old.
That was followed by Huddersfield Town’s Karlan Grant and Haris Seferovic of Benfica, with both said to be players West Ham are considering.
This comes with David Moyes’ team in need of a striker to add competition and support for Sebastien Haller, seeing as Albian Ajeti is still yet to score a goal for the club after joining from FC Basel in the summer.

Assessing the options
There are only six sides who have scored less than the Hammers’ 26 Premier League goals this season, indicating that they could use some added firepower.
Diallo, seemingly the least likely of the three to make a move, has shown that he can provide that with his 11 Ligue 1 goals and one assist this campaign.
Grant has also shown a prolific touch this term, having scored 13 goals in addition to a further four assists for Championship side Huddersfield.
There is the added bonus that the 22-year-old impressed during half a season in the Premier League, scoring four goals in nine starts and four substitute appearances – two of those came against West Ham, including a brilliant strike for the second.

Seferovic has made 10 Liga NOS starts this campaign and a further seven substitute appearances, which have seen the 27-year-old return two goals and two assists.
While any of these would likely be a welcome addition, bringing in Grant could turn out to be the best option for the Hammers, as aside from his goal record, he has had a taste of Premier League football and is the youngest of the trio.
Meanwhile, FFC has identified one winner and one loser if West Ham get their midfield target.
